Holiday Express receives a
commission from the tour operator involved for every package holiday and
charter flight booked online or offline. These commissions vary from tour
operator to tour operator and even between different holidays offered by the
same tour operator. In addition, Holiday Express receives a commission on
additional travel extras such as insurance, holiday car hire etc.
Holiday Express pay you a
commission of 2.5% of the gross value of each booking.
For example:- A customer books
a family holiday costing a total of £900. Holiday Express would then pay you 2.5% of that
gross booking value which in this case would be £22.50
The commission is based on the
gross booking value LESS any discounts we may have to give, to secure the
sale.
Commission is payable on
package holidays, charter flights and any ancillaries sold within each
booking such as insurance, car hire etc.
Commission is not payable on
some other products the client may ask for such as City breaks, schedule
flights etc.
Commission is only paid on
holidays booked via our call centre using the unique reference from your
website or using our online booking facility.
We do not encourage e-mail
enquiries as we have found these to be very inefficient. Any email enquiries
will receive a standard email asking the client to call the call centre.
Holiday Express accounts
department will send a monthly report* approximately 7 working days after
the end of each month and you would then invoice them based on this
statement.
Invoices will be paid within
30 days of receipt of your invoice.
